This chocolate wafer version of Taiyaki keeps the classic fish shape but swaps the batter for a crispy wafer and is filled with bubbly chocolate!
Puku Puku Tai is a candy modeled after a popular street-food in Japan called taiyaki, or tai fish-shaped waffle-pancakes, traditionally filled with anko paste. “Taiyaki” from Meito, on the other hand, are crisp, light waffles with a soft, fluffy chocolate filling thanks to their bubbly texture!
